This paper deals with the risk managment eontreol and income distribution of the sewage treatment PPP project。This paper takes W city sewage-lreatment PPP project as a case study,design and model of profit distribution comprehensively from the aspects of risk identification,risk management,income distribution,countermeasures and suggestions are put forwardo。The application of PPP mode in sewage treatment project,in order to provide reference for decision-making。First,this paper briefly summarizes the development status of sewage treatment industry,the development of financing mode,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing PPP mode in sewage treatment projects。Then this article from the public goods theory,natural monopoly theory based analysis of sewage treatment using PPP mode expansion theory,risk management theory,and on this basis,combined with the case,identify the risk of PPP project of sewage treatment,put forward the risk management and control measures,and design the income distribution model。Then,taking the sewage treatment project of W city as a case,based on the comprehensive analysis of the sewage treatment PPP project in W City,6 key factors were identified,and the corresponding control measures were put forward,and the profit distribution model was built,and the profit distribution value of each participant in PPP was calculated。Finally,this paper from the whole perspective on how to better implement the sewage treatment in the field put forward 6 countermeasures and suggestions to PPP mode。In general,the introduction of social capital into the field of sewage treatment is an effective way to relieve the pressure of financial investment in sewage treatment and an important measure to realize the development of urban ecology。The application of PPP model in sewage treatment projects,especially the risk analysis and income analysis,is of great social and academic significance.
