Coalbed methane,commonly known as coal mine gas,is a companion resource for coal,and its calorific value is comparable to that of natural gas.If the mineral resources can be properly developed,they can become safe and efficient clean energy,which can also benefit the human being while improving the efficiency of the enterprise itself.However,under the pressure of efficient and sustainable development of coal enterprises,many enterprises pay too much attention to coal mining and pursue coal production efficiency,while ignoring the effective exploitation of coalbed methane,resulting in frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents.The drilling system is the key to the effective exploitation of coalbed methane.The scientific and rational allocation of drilling system resources can improve the efficiency of coalbed methane while improving the efficiency of drilling.However,coal companies often allocate drilling system resources based on existing experience,making the results more subjective and ignoring the influence of multiple random factors,which is difficult to meet the needs of rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,how to combine the randomness and uncertainty characteristics to optimize the resource allocation of the CBM drilling system under the premise of ensuring the safe and efficient production of coal enterprises has become a key issue to be solved urgently.In this paper,the key resource elements are selected from the resources of many CBM drilling systems.Secondly,combined with the randomness and uncertainty of the drilling system,the decision variables and random variables are selected from the key resource elements to maximize the drilling benefit.The function determines the constraint conditions and constructs the resource allocation optimization model of the coalbed methane drilling system based on the opportunity constrained programming theory.Finally,relevant research data is collected for case analysis to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the model.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)The key resource indicator system of the CBM drilling system is determined.Firstly,the original resource elements of the CBM drilling system are screened by qualitative analysis method and divided into five aspects: environmental resources,process technology resources,drilling equipment resources,personnel resources and emergency resources.Secondly,through the interval gray number theory,rough set theory and mathematical methods such as DEMATEL,the key resource elements of the drilling system are identified to construct a key resource indicator system.(2)Construction of resource allocation opportunity constraint planning model for coalbed methane drilling system.Based on the key resource indicators of the drilling system,the opportunity-constrained programming theory is used to select appropriate decision variables and random variables,and the constraints are determined according to the actual situation of the enterprise.The drilling function is maximized as the objective function to construct the resource allocation opportunity constraints of the CBM drilling system.The planning model specifies the direction for the coal-bed methane drilling system resource allocation of coal enterprises.(3)Case study.Based on the A drilling system of the CBM Development and Utilization Co.,Ltd.under the H Coal Industry Group,based on the drilling system resource allocation optimization model,the relevant research data was searched,and the data was processed into the model for solving.According to the solution results,a reasonable resource allocation optimization strategy is proposed.The research results show that,based on the selection of scientific and reasonable CBM drilling system key resource indicators,the opportunity constrained planning model is used to optimize the resource allocation of the drilling system according to the actual situation of the enterprise,which is beneficial to improve drilling efficiency and coalbed methane mining efficiency.The research results not only enrich the relevant theories of coalbed methane drilling systems,but also have important practical significance for the safe and efficient mining of coalbed methane in coal enterprises.
