| Since the Reform and Opening-up,China’s industrial level has achieved rapid development and become a global manufacturing power.China has established a complete industrial system,and its comprehensive national strength has been significantly strengthened.Iron and steel is an important basic material in the process of national economic development,and iron and steel industry is also an important basic sector of national industry.Its upstream chain includes iron ore,coal,various kinds of auxiliary materials and other related industries,and downstream also provides materials for national defense industry,petrochemical industry,ship,railway,aircraft,automobile,mechanical equipment,construction engineering and other industries.Under the background of social division of labor and global trade,science and technology and business theory are interwoven and developed,and the business mode of modern enterprises has also undergone great changes.The operation and development of iron and steel enterprises cannot be separated from innovation and change.The steel industry has a complex supply chain system,and relevant industries need to invest huge economic and management costs.It is difficult for any iron and steel enterprise to establish a complete and independent upstream and downstream supply chain system.Therefore,iron and steel enterprises often need to cooperate with upstream and downstream enterprises,give full play to their comparative advantages,and seek to maximize the overall benefits of the supply chain,so as to take the lead in the fierce industry competition.In order to deeply understand the thinking of supply chain management,this paper of the theoretical research back to the evolution of a series of related management theory such as economic chain,value chain,Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,business ecosystem and Adam Smith,etc.The views of economic masters cite some of the ideas of game theory and information economics.At the same time,this paper not only selected H iron and steel Group as a case study,but also selected a large number of business cases in the theoretical research section to support the entire research framework.Cases and theories support each other.As a representative enterprise in the iron and steel industry,H iron and steel group is also a large regional leading state-owned enterprise with both industrial and regional characteristics.This paper chooses H iron and steel Group as the specific research object and takes supply chain as the specific entry point.Based on the analysis of the three core links of purchasing,sales and logistics supply chain of H iron and steel Group,this paper focuses on the internal and external coordination of supply chain,enterprise boundary positioning,strategic alliance and supply chain integration from the perspective of internal chain andexternal chain.This paper is trying to find out prominent problems which restrict the development of H iron and steel Group,such as high cost caused by the decentralized procurement mode,the lack of competition caused by the lack of supplier access mechanism,duplicate construction of distribution network and inefficiency of logistics,etc.By learning and applying the theoretical knowledge of relevant literature and works such as supply chain management and iron and steel industry development,combined with the actual case of H iron and steel Group,this paper formulates optimization scheme for the above three links of procurement,sales and logistics,explores the feasibility of integration and coordination within and outside the enterprise group,and tries to put forward the implementation path and solution of H iron and steel Group’s supply chain optimization scheme.This paper also pays attention to the influence of Internet thinking and Internet business mode on H iron and steel Group’s supply chain management,and explores the use of Internet economic model to innovate H iron and steel Group’s supply chain,so as to provide a convenient and efficient supply chain management mode for core enterprises.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above optimization plan,this paper also puts forward a series of safeguard measures,such as high-level support,human resources support,highly efficient collaborative IT system and perfect performance evaluation system,etc.,to provide effective support for the improvement and optimization of enterprise supply chain. |
