Lean Production Analysis And Improvement Research Based On Value Stream

With the depression of global market economy,enterprises are facing increasing competition pressure,and customers' requirements for product price,quality and delivery cycle are getting higher and higher.How to maintain good competitiveness in such a tough market is what all companies are looking for.Lean production that a currently recognized production system that can effectively reduce costs and quickly meet customer request,is being used by more and more companies.M company is a manufacturer that mainly produces and sells mattresses.In the past few years,the original production model of M company has not been able to respond quickly to the market.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the production model of it by means of lean production and solve the practical problems which it had faced.Based on the analysis of value stream,and combines the actual production status of M company to analyze and improve by lean production.First of all,through the field research,statistics,interviews and other means to collect relevant information,analyze its production status,draw a map of the value stream of M company X products,and further analyze it to find out the current maximum hindering its lean flow The factors are: large inventory of products,unreasonable staffing,and large inventory of finished products.Secondly,aiming at the existing problems,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of lean production,propose corresponding improvement programs,including action analysis,personnel optimization configuration,pull production and finished product inventory analysis,and draw a future value flow chart.Finally,evaluate the improvement.The results show that lean production research based on value flow graph can effectively shorten product delivery period and improve production efficiency,and provide reference for optimization of similar products.
