Design And Development Of Database System For Turning Process Of Shaft Parts

Shaft parts occupy an important proportion in NC machining of metal material parts.In the numerical control machining process of shaft parts,it is very important to choose machining tools and parameters reasonably.The suitable cutting tools and processing equipment can improve the machining accuracy and production efficiency,while saving the cost.The process parameters in machining process mainly depends on the artificial,artificial setting process parameters depends on the experience,not the formation process of the standard system of NC machining process is established by using database technology and computer technology,can effectively improve the status quo.According to the research results of some foreign and domestic enterprises and research institutes in recent years,it is found that cutting process database is an important way to improve machining efficiency and economic efficiency,and is driving the rapid development of cutting technology.Abroad,in the field of cutting database,it has been studied earlier.Some database systems have been applied to actual production and processing.However,due to technology blockade,it is not available at home.Currently,some domestic organizations are developing this technology.The value of the cutting database system is huge,so this article attempts to do a part of the research,the main research contents include:(1)To explore the research status of NC machining process database at home and abroad,and investigate the major manufacturers in China,and analyze the demand for developing the database system suitable for our manufacturing industry,and form the overall scheme design.(2)On the basis of demand analysis,conceptual structure design and logical structure design are carried out to each database of the system.To determine the use of Apache+PHP+MySQL development framework to implement the development of shaft turning technology of database system on the Web side,the construction of workpiece material,cutting tool,cutting fluid processing equipment and four database system,realizes the information query process tools,equipment and cutting fluid etc..(3)The intelligent recommendation module is added to the database system,which realizes the automatic,intelligent and professional selection of parameters such as turning tools,CNC machine tools and cutting fluid,making the processing technology more standardized and standardized.
