In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,China's construction industry has made remarkable achievements.However,due to the large scale of construction,wide distribution area,long construction period,complicated construction environment and labor intensive construction,the construction project is Safety accidents continued during the construction process,which directly led to the difficulty of construction safety management.The frequent occurrence of construction safety accidents has seriously restricted the development of China's construction industry.In order to ensure the steady development of China's construction industry and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,it is necessary to systematically sort out and discuss in depth the construction safety accidents.To this end,this study will focus on the characteristics of construction safety accidents and accident safety risk measurement,and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Household Municipal Engineering Production Safety Accidents" as the main source of accidents,combined with Internet search results,select The typical cases of 175 large and above accidents occurred in China's housing municipal projects in 2011-2017 are research objects.On this basis,this study mainly discusses the characteristics and risk measurement of construction accidents.In the aspect of accident feature analysis,the paper selects the accident location,city level,death toll,accident cause,qualification level and accident type information by collating relevant literature and works,and clusters the cases into 3 categories by SPSS cluster analysis.The class rule attempts to summarize and summarize;at the same time,through QCA qualitative comparison analysis,it finds many complex relationships between the various feature relationships of the accident.The occurrence of large accidents can be divided into six modes,including "Central and Western Region" and "Three Deaths".The coverage of the three main modes of "collapse accident"is nearly 90%.In terms of accident risk measurement,in order to make the research more objective and specific,increase the accident year,direct economic loss and construction unit nature and establish a database based on the above-mentioned characteristic information.Establish a data model and use factor analysis to classify accident risk into low,medium and high risks and establish a visual model.The data analyzes the characteristics and risk of the large and above accidents in China's construction projects.The conclusions are as follows:1 The safety management level of each region is quite different.The cities in the central and western regions should learn advanced safety management concepts from developed cities in the east.2 Collapse,lifting damage and high-altitude fall still occupy three major injuries in China's larger and above accidents,of which collapse damage ranks first.3 China's accident reporting system still needs to be improved,and an accident has formed a three-person death phenomenon,which needs further study.4 The polarization of large and above accident risks is mostly concentrated on medium risks and needs to be reduced.The results of this study have positive implications for relevant departments and enterprises to develop more effective prevention and control measures and to reduce the frequency,severity and risk of construction safety accidents.
