Relying on the technical requirements of Sijiaying Tian Xing iron ore with large capacity of 20 million t/a for mine construction, the structural parameters of ore block are optimized by the method of Plaxis numerical simulation and FAHP(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) according to the characteristics of high field stage and large scale in Tian Xing iron ore by backfilling. On this basis, the mining sequence is optimized by Plaxis numerical simulation and compared analysis of transportation cost.Taking the first mining section of the iron ore mining area as the research object, Detailed analysis of geological data. The geological data of Tian Xing iron ore is summarized. To provide geological basis for rock mass classification and Determination of mechanical parameters.The engineering geology of Tian Xing iron ore within the partition, And dividing the rock group. RMR method is used to classify the quality of rock mass in the mining area. The mechanical parameters of rock mass were determined by Hork-Brown strength criterion.Based on the actual situation of Tian xing mine, 9 kinds of different ore block structure parameters are proposed by the method of Mathew. Simulating the excavation process of different schemes with the Plaxis, the maximum principal stress and settlement displacement of different solutions are compared and analyzed. And the failure law of the model is summarized, and the parameters of 5 kinds of feasible ore block structure are preliminarily determined.Considering the economic, technical and safety aspects, the model of ore block structure parameters of comprehensive evaluation is constructed by the method of analytical hierarchy process(AHP). Determining the weight vector of each index by comprehensive evaluation, establishing the membership degree matrix, and calculating the comprehensive evaluation vector, the scheme of the comprehensive advantages are 0.937, 0.967, 0.926, 0.917, 0.923. The final determination is that the optimal structure parameters of mine block is 50 m long and 20 meters wide.On the basis of optimizing the structural parameters of the ore block, the mining sequence is optimized, and the maximum principal stress and displacement of the surface and surrounding rock at different stages of the excavation are compared and analyzed. Comparison and analysis of transportation cost of different schemes the optimal extraction sequence is determined by the method of the center of the ore body to the two sides of the plate.
