In the past years, all walks of life in China have developed rapidly and made great achievements. At the same time, air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, food pollution and other problems frequently occur, and rapid social and economic development brings to the natural environment. The tremendous pressure and huge losses have caused great harm to the health of the people and even affected the next generation.Air quality is one of the main problems of environmental pollution.Accelerating the improvement of ambient air quality is an urgent desire of the people and an inherent requirement of the region for sustainable development. In order to protect the quality of the ambient air,the State Council promulgated the “?Air Pollution Prevention Action Plan?” measures in 2013,in order to effectively meet the strict requirements for the prevention and control of air pollution, and pay close attention to the treatment of air pollution;at the National People's Congress of the People's Republic in 2017,Li Keqiang The Prime Minister also proposed to "resolutely fight the blue sky to defend the war" and continue to strengthen the improvement of air quality in the "atmospheric ten" measures that have begun to take effect,so that the treatment of air pollution is more scientific, more precise and more effective.Based on this, environmental air quality problems and air pollution have become the hotspots of scholars at home and abroad. This paper uses the nine major cities of the Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration(Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Foshan,Zhongshan,Dongguan,Jiangmen,Zhaoqing,Huizhou)as the research area, using mathematical statistics and GIS technology, from the perspective of time and space. The air quality of the triangular area was compared and analyzed in 2015-2017,and the air quality of the area was quantitatively analyzed by means of meteorological data and socio-economic development status over the years. This paper also uses spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial econometric model to study the Pearl River Delta region, and analyzes the direct effects of meteorological and socio-economic factors on local air quality in 2017 and the indirect effects on surrounding cities.Through the above research,it provides theoretical and technical basis for local air pollution control.Found in the study:(1)From the perspective of the overall air quality of the Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration, the regional air is mainly dominated by light pollution, and the pollution levels of the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta are different. In 2014-2017,the best air quality is in Shenzhen.Followed by Huizhou, the worst air quality is Foshan and Zhaoqing. And in the middle of the year, the air quality in June is the best.(2)From the perspective of pollutants, there is no SO2 and CO pollution in the Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration. The regional pollution is mainly composed of particulate pollutants, followed by O3 and NO2.The number of days of clean air is “inverted triangle” distributed in January-December,with the highest in June and the least in January and December.(3)In the AQI time distribution,AQI changes significantly with the seasons, showing “low winter and low summer, spring and autumn rising”,and it is found that the air quality in the whole week is stable at a high level, while winter is working. The daily AQI is at a high level, and the air quality is reduced to a lower level by the weekend.(4)In the spatial distribution of AQI,the air quality index of the Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration shows “the phenomenon of low south and high north”,and is roughly the highest in Foshan City, showing that the air quality index around Foshan City is reduced to the surrounding area.Combined with DEM,it can be found that the AQI of the flat terrain is significantly higher than that of the complex terrain, indicating that the terrain also has a certain impact on air quality.(5)Relevant statistics and data analysis of regional AQI data, meteorological element data and socio-economic data by using Excel and SPSS.Firstly, the linear regression method is used to quantify the influencing factors of the study area, and the relationship between AQI and meteorological elements and socio-economic factors is obtained. Then, the spatial measurement model-space Durbin model is used to analyze the influencing factors. After analysis, the contribution of direct pollutants in local air pollution was ranked, followed by “annual average wind speed> annual average temperature> annual average relative humidity> annual precipitation> population density> industrial added value above scale> private car ownership Quantity>Power Consumption>NDVI”;and the contribution of each pollutant to the air pollution of neighboring cities, followed by “annual average wind speed> annual precipitation> NDVI> annual average temperature> industrial added value above scale> private car ownership> Electricity Consumption > Population Density.
