With the increasing development of communication technology and network technology,the concepts of "digital oilfield" and "intelligent oilfield" have been put forward one after another,and are gradually implemented,developed and improved,which greatly reduces the cost of oil and gas exploitation and significantly improves the exploitation efficiency.But in the process of development,some shortcomings of communication technology have become the bottleneck of development.For example,Modbus communication technology carries out data forwarding in the wellhead remote control unit,and its disadvantages,such as single communication mode,low data throughput and low communication efficiency,restrict the development of oil and gas fields towards a more intelligent direction.To solve this problem,this thesis puts forward a solution of using POWERLINK technology to transmit oil and gas field data.After analyzing and classifying the data,the corresponding transmission mode was designed,and according to the classification results,put forward using the RTU to classify and collect data to improve the network efficiency.The overall system design of data acquisition and transmission was given.In the end,according to the application requirements of data acquisition unit RTU system is designed,which solved the problem of the oil and gas field communication technology lag behind,and make the concept of"intelligent oilfield" realized.The POWERLINK program is downloaded to RTU device and run.The data frames generated by its cycle are captured by Wireshark for analysis.The results show that its cycle is divided into two stages:SoC and SoA.At the same time,data exchange is carried out through PReq and PRes data frames in SoA stage,asynchronous data transmission is carried out through ASnd data frames in SoA stage,which is in accordance with the proposed idea of classified data transmission.It is proved that the design scheme is feasible.
