Russian Light Industrial Structure Research

Russia is one of the underdeveloped countries in light industry.The main reason is that heavy industry plays a more important role in the allocation of resources in the whole country's manufacturing industry.After the collapse of the Soviet Union,Russia still follows the previous path and gives greater support to industrial development,which also makes Russia's light industry thin.Weak,on the one hand,we can also see that the unbalanced industrial structure and unbalanced industrial framework in Russia are a portrayal of the continuing decline in the current economic situation,but the food and textile industries in Russia's light industry are still more,although the output value and heavy industry can not be compared,occupying a larger proportion of light industry.This paper expounds the relevant theories of Russian light industry structure,such as Lewis theory,unbalanced growth theory,leading sector theory and Hoffman theory.According to the present situation of Russian light industry structure,the present situation of Russian light industry technology,industry category,regional distribution of light industry and so on.The problems and causes of Russian light industry are analyzed.The main problems and causes of Russian light industry are that Russian light industry products are heavily dependent on imports.The structure of Russian light industry is unreasonable.There are structural contradictions in the structure of Russian light industry.There are too many primary processing,but few deep processing products,which are not suitable for the changes of the market.Especially with the continuous improvement of living standards,the upgrading of consumption leads to the lower primary products of light industrial structure and the high proportion of counterfeit and illegal imports in the consumer market.Among the reasons,the state pays less attention to light industry,Russian enterprises are backward in technology and outdated in equipment,light industry enterprises are weak in independent innovation ability,and the implementation of laws and regulations is difficult.Measures to optimize the structure of Russian light industry,formulate special plans(including layout planning)for light industry development and adjustment,introduce industrial policies for light industrial restructuring,encourage and support technological innovation of light industry enterprises,and deeply integrate into the "one belt and one way" strategy,so as to optimize light industrial structure and good country through cooperation.Supervisory legal system to create a good investment environment for enterprise innovation.
