| Driven by the continued growth of global oil and gas exploration and development investment,the global oil and gas service market as a whole showed an upward trend,the market scale increased,and the market growth rate increased.The increase in investment has led to an increase in the number of projects,and the global engineering and technology services market has developed strongly.With the convergence of the two major national strategies of "One Belt and One Road" construction and engineering technology services"going out",China’s oil and gas service industry has ushered in a major strategic opportunity period.H Company is a company dedicated to oil in China’s oil service industry.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition situation in China,H Company is actively seeking opportunities to explore the international market and speed up.This paper takes the company as the research object,systematically analyzes its overseas market,and provides reasonable reference and suggestions for the overseas market entry strategy of domestic private oil service enterprises.The research mainly starts from the following aspects.Firstly,it analyzes the current business status of the company,sorts out the internal and external resource capabilities,clarifies the motivation of the overseas market entry,and demonstrates the necessity of opening up overseas markets.Secondly,a screening model suitable for determining the target market countries is established.The model is used to select Kazakhstan as the optimal target market,and the rationality and feasibility of entering the Kazakhstan market are demonstrated from the perspective of national macro and industry micro.After that,it analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the target market entry mode,and draws the conclusion that different specific entry modes are adopted based on different self-positioning.Finally,in order to successfully implement the above strategy,this study makes strategic recommendations from both market positioning and marketing,and proposes safeguard measures.The research in this paper provides specific strategic advice for the company’s overseas market development,and has guiding significance for its international business activities.It also provides reference for the internationalization of other private enterprises to promote better oil services in China.Going abroad to enhance international competitiveness. |
