The existing methods of the water environmental quality assessment generally focus on the environmental characteristics,and fail to cover the core demands of ecological demonstration project.These methods lack a comprehensive analysis of sustainable development and maintenance capabilities.Also,the subjective analysis and computing of weight furthermore leads to unstable output.This paper is written in attempt to raise a set of assessment systems and methods to evaluate the demonstration projects of water environment.The assessment methods in this paper base on the widespread use of subjective weighting methods,trying to analysis the different strength of several factors.In the meantime,this system of assessment would consider the complexity of environmental system.With the help of introduction of entropy,quantitative analysis of a large number of environmental indicators and the combination of objective and subjective weight,it is able to analyze the key elements scientifically,which influence the water environmental project,finally makes the assessment more convincible.This assessment could then provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up policy and measures,significantly improve the accuracy and pertinence for the special cases,and therefore increase the effectiveness of research.The research approaches are based on the model of subjective and objective comprehensive weighting evaluation of DEMATEL-EVM.This model is more practical for evaluating the weighting of indicators,which is fit to evaluate the implementation effects and the actual developmental levels of the demonstration projects of water environment.It is also meaningful to recognize the running status and weak spot of water environmental projects,making a considerable reference for the evaluating of relative demonstration projects of water environment.
