The climate chamber for furniture VOC(volatile organic compounds)detection is a nondestructive testing equipment,it can simulate the environment of the detected samples in actual use,it can reflect the amount of VOC released from the tested samples,and has been widely used at home and abroad.Based on the research of the related technical problems of the climate chamber control system,this paper has designed a set of temperature and humidity control system of 1m3 climate chamber based on the wet and dry gas mixture control method.The main conclusions and work contents are as follows:(1)The temperature control system,dew point tank and the whole machine were tested in HJC-VIS-1 climate chamber.The results showed that use of wet dew point method of regulating test chamber gas relative humidity,overshoot phenomenon occurs,adjust the lagged,in addition,the temperature and humidity value is used for a long time.(2)The temperature and humidity control system of the climate chamber is designed by using the temperature and humidity control method combining the temperature control of the jacket,the gas control temperature and the mixture of wet gas and wet gas,which mainly includes the scheme design,the program design and the selection of the hardware.(3)The climate chamber human-computer interaction system is designed,which mainly includes man-machine interface configuration design,data processing program design,and communication settings between PC,PLC and man-machine interface.(4)The control system is verified,the results show that the control system designed in this paper has a large increase in the time required to achieve the set stare,and the desired effect is achieved.
