With the improvement of people's economic living standard,there is a higher demand for the quality of cigarette products.By monitoring the temperature and humidity parameters in the process of leaf baking in the experimental drying room,the technology department selects and innovates better production methods of cigarette products to create better product quality after analyzing and studying the experimental data,which is an important measure for the sustainable development of cigarette factories.In this paper,the constant temperature and humidity control system is designed for the experimental drying room.Based on the basic research of tobacco production process,combined with the actual needs of the experimental drying room,the existing temperature and humidity control system commonly used control mode comparative analysis,select the appropriate PID control mode.Then according to the layout of the experimental drying room and the requirements of the actual production process,the control mathematical model of the experimental drying room is established,the hardware circuit scheme of the system is designed,and the software design of the control system is completed.Finally,the simulation circuit of the control system is built.Under different given conditions,the designed constant temperature and humidity control system is tested,the simulation waveform of the circuit is obtained,and the simulation data is analyzed.After analyzing the test results,it is verified that the designed constant temperature and humidity control system can basically meet the functional requirements of the experimental project.
