The rapid development of the economy has always been based on the safety of enterprise production.The science of behavioral safety has the characteristic of complexity.The safety problem is affected by "people,things,management and environment" in many aspects.As the subject and object of safety problem,people's safety consciousness decides the safety behavior.In order to prevent the occurrence of unsafe accidents,it is necessary to improve people's safety awareness and make people's behaviors and enterprises' production develop in a healthy and stable direction.Consciousness determines attitude,attitude determines behavior,improves the safety awareness of employees,promotes safe and efficient production of enterprises,and suppresses the occurrence of unsafe accidents.In order to explore the influencing factors of employees' safety consciousness and restrain their unsafe behaviors.Firstly,the questionnaires were designed and distributed to relevant enterprises.The reliability and validity of the data were tested by SPSS24.0.The structural equation model(SEM)was established by Amos software,and the effects of various safety awareness factors were discussed through SEM path analysis.Because the employee's safety awareness is a vague concept,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to analyze the weight of the factors affecting the employees' safety awareness and to judge the level of the overall safety awareness of the enterprise.A comparative analysis of the results obtained from the above two shows that the environmental and management attitude factors have the highest weight,and the overall safety awareness of the enterprise is good.To analyze factors and the environment interaction dynamic effect on employees' safety awareness,combining the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS)and Agent-Based Modeling and Simulation(ABMS)based on Netlogo simulation tools and SEM and the correlation coefficient of quantification,establish more subject including employees,managers,team and environment four main body of the enterprise staff safety awareness.The emergence results are obtained by adjusting the attribute parameters of each subject.It was found that the safety awareness of the employees and the safety leadership level of the managers,the safety atmosphere of the team,and the corporate environment are all related.For each subject,the factors are proposed,such as improving safety education and training,and improving the level of safety leadership of managers.
