Embedded RFID Module Molded Pallet Design And Inspection

As one of the important equipment of logistics,the pallet can help the cargo to be assembled,transported and loaded and unloaded.It plays an indispensable role in the transportation of goods in the forest area.As a new type of pallet,the molded pallet is being applied gradually.With the rapid development of radio frequency identification technology(RFID technology),by using this technology for molded pallets,the pallet monitoring system can be improved,and the operation efficiency of pallet sharing circulation system and the efficiency of pallet use can be improved.In this paper,how to effectively combine the RFID module and the molded pallet in the RFID technology,and how to test the molded pallet containing the RFID module,the following research is carried out:1.Analyze and generalize the general requirements for RFID modules,and provide basic information for future research on RFID module products.2.Using the empirical design method in mechanical design,the existing molded pallet structure design is analyzed,and the mechanical theory analysis is combined with the general requirements of the integrated RFID module.The embedded structure is designed and named as the chip placement box,and it embed given overall size parameters and 3D model of the RFID module molded pallet.3.The performance requirements of the embedded RFID module molded pallet were determined,and the model was tested by computer simulation.4.The built-in RFID module molded pallet is tested in the actual situation,and the detection method is given.The design rationality and the reliability of the simulation test are proved according to the test results.The research results show that the chip placement box in the embedded RFID module molded pallet can solve the problem about the combination of the RFID module and the molded pallet.In the research process,they can be examples of testing such products in the future are provided,such as the requirements of the RFID module used,the performance requirements of the embedded RFID module pallet and the physical detection method.
