Lingquan coal-mine located in southern Jalainur mining area,focus on thick coal seam,The middle thickness of the coal seam is secondaryo Minable thickness is 3.95-24.35m,average thickness is 13.09m,as thick-super thick coal seam.The Main mining ?3 coal seam,the mining method is Fully mechanized top coal caving.In order to study the characteristics of Strata Behavior Regularity and provides the reasonable basis for the roof support selection in the post-work face.This thesis use the site pressure observation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Field measurements:through the collection,reorganization and analysis of field data,strata pressure behavior law of Lingquan work-face is gradually found;the roof support working resistance is basically satisfactory,but not affluence;meanwhile provide the solving solution of spalling and roof falling in workfaceTheoretical analysis:analysis the law of roof coal movement,law of roof coal movement and relationship of support-surrounding rocks,conclude the fracturing law of roof coal,Top-coal and lower strata are the main factors affecting the form of support in the variety of work face.Numerical simulation:According to Lingquan coal mine ?3 coal seam occurrence condition,use the FLAC3D numeral simulation software,Analysis under different support strength,condition of top-coal deformation and spalling and roof falling,and receive the reasonable working resistance for roof support.Combined with the method of theoretical calculation,supporting intensity of the top-coal seam thick 6.5m and 9.2m is 0.9MPa and 1.0MPa.The analysis of these three methods is concluded:advice lingquan coal mine use the longwall top-coal caving shield.Articulated canopy with sliding canopy and flipper,its can maintain safety in the work area.If can improve the yield of top coal by means of reasonable technology,the caving thickness of top-coal can upgrade to 9.2m,and meanwhile upgrade to the working resistance of roof support. |
