| The geographical location conditions and natural resource status of a country and region largely influence the regional economic behavior and industrial development planning.The economic development of mineral resources-rich areas is highly dependent on resources.The industrial layout usually focuses on the development and utilization of resources,and the path dependence phenomenon is obvious,at the same time,mineral resources will inevitably cause damage to the local ecological environment during the development and utilization process,affecting the sustainable development of the economy and society.Therefore,how to protect the ecological environment while promoting economic and social development is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in the mineral resources enrichment area.Sustainable development is a development concept that pursues the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature.It is an important guiding role for the mineral resources enrichment area to get rid of the low-level path dependence and to break the "resource curse" to achieve high-quality development.Based on the theory of sustainable development,this paper studies how to promote the sustainable development of the phosphate mine base in Mabian County.It aims to explore how the resource-rich areas can coordinate the relationship between resource exploitation and ecological environment protection,and realize the mineral resource base,continue to develop.(1)This paper first expounds the connotation and definition of sustainable development theory,and then analyzes the concept and influencing factors of sustainable development of mineral resources,thus laying a theoretical foundation for the sustainable development evaluation and industrial planning of mineral resources.(2)In-depth analysis of the development of Mabian County in this study area,in order to illustrate the close relationship between economic development and resource development and utilization in resource-rich areas,and lay a realistic foundation for the study of this paper.(3)Through the construction of the indicator system,the sustainable development system is divided into four subsystems: ecological environment,resources,economy and society.27 specific indicators were selected to evaluate the sustainable development level of Mabian County from 2009 to 2017.The analysis shows that the sustainable development level of the ecological environment subsystem,economic subsystem and social subsystem has increased year by year,and the sustainable development level of the resource subsystem has been declining year by year.In order to ensure the rationality of regional sustainable development evaluation,this paper further analyzes the regional system coordination development based on the evaluation of sustainable development level.(4)The level of sustainable development and the degree of coordinated development of the system are the two major components of the quantitative evaluation of regional sustainable development.In this paper,the principal component analysis method is used to calculate the principal component scores of each subsystem in the study area,and the sustainable development level of each subsystem is obtained by weighting the principal component analysis results.Based on the benefit theory and the balance theory,the system coordination degree formula is constructed,and the coordinated development degree analysis of the region is carried out.(5)This paper analyzes and analyzes the level of regional sustainable development by constructing a sustainable development evaluation index system,and expands sustainable development from qualitative research to quantitative analysis of sustainable development evaluation.From the research area,the existing research tends to favor large-scale mineral resource bases in the selection of research areas.This paper selects Mabian County as a research area for sustainable development research.As a national key poverty-stricken county,Mabian County is lagging behind in economic development.Facing the contradiction between rich phosphate resources and backward economy in the region,how to coordinate the relationship between economic development,resource development and environmental protection,and promote The realization of regional poverty alleviation is of great significance. |
