Mineral resources are the material basis of our country's economy and society,and also an important component of the ecological environment.Since the eighteen Party Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection.In order to prevent adverse effects on the environment due to the implementation of the plan,according to the relevant laws and regulations of China,the environmental impact assessment should be compiled for mineral resources planning.In China,the method of environmental impact assessment for mineral resources planning is not perfect.The mineral resources planning generally involves the exploration and development and management of mineral resources in the province(city).The time span is 5-10 years,the level of environmental protection objects involved is complex,and what kind of analysis method can be adopted for the evaluation of the environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning can be taken To accurately reflect the environmental impact of planning implementation requires in-depth study.On the basis of the research on the status of environmental impact assessment at home and abroad and the research on the method of environmental impact assessment at the present stage,in view of the characteristics of wide spatial distribution,large time span and complex hierarchical division of mineral resources planning,the overall planning of Nanchang mineral resources(2016-2020)is combined with the author's responsibility.Based on GIS analysis,the environmental impact assessment method of mineral resources planning in Nanchang is proposed.This paper expounds the research ideas and technical route of the environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning,and the key technologies of GIS analysis,such as data processing,map registration,distance analysis,buffer zone analysis,surface analysis,3D visual mapping and other key techniques and methods of operation.In detail,the mechanism of the environmental impact of mineral resources in Nanchang was analyzed,and the identification and evaluation index system of environmental impact factors adapted to it was established.From the perspective of the coordinated development of mineral resources development and environmental protection,according to the status of exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in Nanchang,the current situation of ecological environment protection and the mitigation measures of environmental impact,the environmental impact of the implementation of mineral resources planning is predicted and evaluated.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The feasibility and effectiveness of GIS application technology in the environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning are verified.The results provide a GIS analysis idea for the environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning,and provide a technical reference for other planning environmental impact assessment.It has played an important role in promoting the environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning in China.(2)The environmental impact identification factor and evaluation index system of mineral resources planning were established,and the environmental factors suitable for mineral resources planning were determined in many environmental factors.(3)Through the GIS analysis,it is pointed out that the current planning and layout of mineral resources in Nanchang is basically reasonable,and the environmental protection and mitigation measures are effective and have positive significance to the improvement of the original ecological and geological environment.
