Wetland Ecological Compensation Mechanism Optimization Study Of Hunan Province

Wetland ecosystem can effectively regulate climate and maintain biological diversity,which plays an important role in maintaining a good ecological environment.But for a long time,the ecological function of wetlands has not been paid attention to,and very serious damage has occurred.Hunan Province has abundant wetland resources.The abundant wetland resources construct a good ecosystem and play a positive role in maintaining the healthy and stable development of the city.However,through the analysis of the actual situation,we can see that the wetland resources in Hunan Province are also facing the crisis of destruction.How to better maintain the ecological security of wetlands and avoid the loss of resources is a problem that Hunan Province must consider.As an effective way of ecological environment management,ecological compensation has realized effective compensation for environmental damage.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept of wetland ecological compensation mechanism,and comprehensively introduces the theory combined with the actual situation,realizes the construction of the ecological compensation framework,and makes in-depth analysis of wetland ecological compensation in Hunan Province from the principles,stakeholders,compensation models and other aspects.At the same time,combined with the actual situation,the problems in the process of compensation are found.On the basis of exploring the reasons,the appropriate compensation mechanism is put forward,which provides an effective reference for further optimization of wetland ecological environment in Hunan Province.With the cooperation of government,market,community and other main bodies,the comprehensive optimization of the mechanism has been completed,and the policy content has been optimized with the help of the government to provide more practical guarantee for wetland ecological construction.
