Study On Unsafe Action Of Collapse Of Building With Tall Formwork Support System

With the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction land is steadily decreasing,people's vision and pursuit are getting higher and higher,and the construction project is constantly developing towards large height,large height and large span,and reflects the change of novelty and so on.Some characteristics,therefore,more and more challenges are faced in the construction process of building structures.In this context,tall template technology is the building structure of high floor,large span and super thick cast-in-place.The tall formwork is a common tool for the construction of concrete structural members.While making great contributions,it also brings frequent accidents,which further makes the construction industry high-risk.This paper first describes the development process of behavioral safety,and analyzes the application and research status of behavioral safety in high template system accidents,and then the number and death of the collapse of the tall template support system in China from 2009 to 2016.The number of people is statistically compared with the situation of construction accidents in China,and the collapsing accidents of the tall formwork support system are compared with the large and above accidents of the building construction.Then the development process of the accident cause theory is described,and the cause chain of the accident is divided into three.The stages are the cause chain of classical accidents,the cause chain of modern accidents and the cause chain of modern accidents,and describe the origin of the 2-4model of accident causation.The accident statistics and analysis method is used to study the accidents occurred during the construction process of the tall formwork support system.The unsafe action analysis of 33 high-profile formwork system collapse accidents occurred between 2000 and 2016,and find out each In the unsafe action in the accident,the unsafe actions in the collapse of the tall formwork support system are divided into two categories: unsafe actions in violation of regulations and unsafe actions in violation of regulations.In order to further find out the causes of the collapse of the tall formwork support system,this paper uses the accident cause 2-4model as a tool to analyze the causes of the two unsafe actions studied.Through the cause analysis,the corresponding preventive measures are proposed and an accident prevention learning system is established.
