Research On The Influence Of Safety Quality Of Construction Personnel On Unsafe Behavior

With the acceleration of urbanization,the construction industry,as one of the pillar industries,is booming in recent years.On the one hand,it has increased employment and promoted China's economic development,but on the other hand,there are inevitably various accidents in the industry.Therefore,the safety management of the construction industry has always been the focus of the construction industry.With the gradual attention of the country,safety management has made some progress in recent years,but under the huge base,the number of deaths and casualties is still very high.To explore the causes of accidents,the most direct and important is the unsafe behavior of human beings.Therefore,strengthening the research on the influencing factors of unsafe behavior is an important means to reduce the occurrence of accidents.Through literature review,it is found that the influencing factors of unsafe behaviors mainly include environmental factors,organizational factors,safety culture factors,individual factors,etc.At present,the research on influencing factors is mainly divided into three categories: one is from comprehensive factors,including environmental factors,organizational factors,safety culture factors,and individual factors,through the construction of multi-category factors to comprehensively analyze and verify their influencing mechanism and effect on unsafe behaviors;The second kind is to analyze the influence of certain factors on human behavior and the regulating effect of other factors from a single factor.The third category is the focus of people's attention in recent years,excluding the influence of other external factors,aiming at workers' own factors,the relationship between personal characteristics and behavioral tendencies is explored from the aspects of workers' character,attitude,consciousness,ability and psychology.Based on the analysis of relevant theories,this paper points out that there is a progressive relationship among the individual characteristics,safety quality and unsafe behaviors of construction personnel: the safety quality of construction personnel shows differences due to the differences in individual characteristics,and the differences in safety quality further lead to the differences in unsafe behaviors.Therefore,based on the construction of safety quality measurement index system,the paper designs a questionnaire survey to study the formation of unsafe behaviors from two aspects: personal characteristics and safety quality.The first part analyzes the difference in safety quality caused by the difference in personal characteristics of construction personnel.According to the classification of personal characteristics and the calculation of safety quality differences,the results show that with the increase of construction personnel's working experience,educational level and income,the safety awareness,safety attitude and safety ability will increase as a whole,and the unsafe psychology will decrease.The influence of age on safety quality is relatively complex.As the age increases,the safety awareness,safety attitude and safety ability will increase,the unsafe psychology will decrease,and the unsafe physiology will decrease first and then increase.The second part analyzes the influence of construction personnel's safety quality on unsafe behaviors.Through the construction of structural equation model,the direct,indirect and comprehensive influence coefficients of various safety qualities on unsafe behaviors are calculated.The results show that:(1)From the overall effect,unsafe physiology and safety ability have a very significant influence on unsafe behaviors,the influence coefficients are 0.338,-0.577,the influence coefficients of safety awareness and safety attitude are relatively low,the influence coefficients are-0.237,-0.233,the unsafe psychology has the lowest influence on unsafe behaviors,and the path coefficient is 0.192;(2)Unsafe physiology and safety ability have direct influence on unsafe behaviors;(3)The influence of unsafe psychology,safety awareness and safety attitude on unsafe behaviors is indirect.(4)In the mutual influence of safety quality,unsafe psychology and safety consciousness have a direct influence on safety attitude,and safety attitude has a direct influence on safety ability,with coefficients reaching-0.241,0.441 and 0.404 respectively.Unsafe psychology and safety awareness have both direct and indirect effects on safety ability,with the direct impact coefficients being-0.236 and 0.232 respectively,and the indirect impact coefficients being-0.097 and 0.178 respectively.Finally,according to the research results,specific suggestions are put forward for safety management practice: pay attention to the control of key influencing factors of physiology and ability;Setting up a screening mechanism for on-the-job safety quality;Effectively play the role of organization and management.
