In recent years,China's Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta have experienced different degrees of impact on the regional atmospheric environment with industrial development and dense urban population. The air pollution problems facing today require deeper analysis and multiple angles prevention and treatment. In this paper, based on the complex influencing factors of air quality, the gray correlation analysis and system clustering algorithm are used to analyze, and the time series model is used for short-term prediction.Combined with regional characteristics, targeted prevention and control measures are proposed to achieve sustainable development of atmospheric environment. This paper focuses on the study of cities such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, use Python crawler technology to obtain daily air quality related data for the region from January 2014 to March 2019.In-depth study of the main factors affecting the air quality index(AQI)supported by relevant data released in target area air quality data and statistical yearbooks. And provide prevention and control measures based on regional characteristics.Firstly, based on the AQI daily data, the annual and seasonal fluctuation data and the air quality excellent rate are summarized, and the development trend and regional distribution characteristics of AQI are discussed.Secondly, combined with the development characteristics of the target area, the air quality impact factor index system is constructed from the aspects of air pollutant factors and social development factors, among which social development factors include 11 indicators of economy, energy consumption, population, transportation, greening and pollutant discharge. Then the main atmospheric pollutants and social development factors affecting AQI were found by grey correlation analysis, and compared with regional characteristics. Then,in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta cities,AQI and population, economy, transportation, greening, pollutant discharge and energy factors are used as input variables to systematically cluster.According to the clustering results and regional characteristics, the main influencing factors of AQI in each category of cities are analyzed. Finally, taking Guangzhou City as an example, combined with the ARMA model, the short-term fitting prediction of Guangzhou AQI is carried out.In-depth study of the spatial and temporal distribution of AQI in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions and the main influencing factors, and take Guangzhou as an example to make short-term predictions of AQI in the region, with a view to adjusting and formulating air pollution prevention and control strategies and measures to provide reliable green development.Suggestions and put forward targeted advice on air pollution prevention and control.
