The Change In Land Use And Its Eco-environmental Effect Analysis Of Main City Zones Of Hengyang City

At present the change in land use has became one of the research hots tpots in the change of global eco-environmental,which reflects the close correlation between human being and nature.The irrational land use would be induced by the change in land-use pattern to generate the environmental problem in regional and even global areas.With the advance of sociological economy,urbanization acceleration,growth of population and land have required variously.Thereafter,the main city zones of Hengyang city have altered intensively on the pattern of the changing in land use.In this thesis,the main city zones status quo diagrams of land use in Hengyang city were classified in 2005,2012 and 2016,which employed the GIS spatial analysis,dynamic degree model,land use degree model and transfer matrix model to analyze the scenarios of land use,temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and land use change.The eco-environment of researched area has been assessed comprehensively.Therefore,the dissertation provides the theoretical and realistic conclusions.The results have been showed as follows:(1)Regarding to the present situation of land use,the construction and cultivated lands are the major sectors in the main city zones of Hengyang city in 2016.The forestland has been accounted for a large proportion,whereas the proportion of other lands only has few.As for the each region in the main city zones of Hengyang city,other regions landing quantities are above 20%except Yanfeng region.In addition,the construction land occupies the largest proportion in all districts,whereas the highest proportion in economy aspect are Yanfeng and Zhengxiang regions.However,the forestation and water regions are general same in the proportion,while the unused land and garden are low in all regions.(2)In terms of the features of structural change in land use,the area of main city zones of Hengyang city tend to increase between 2005 and 2016.Furthermore,the change in land use had became more intensive between 2012 and 2016 compared the datas from 2005 to 2016.During the research,the comprehensive index of land-use of main city zones of Hengyang rocketed.The change ratio of the index is above 0,which can reveal the level of comprehensive utilization of land resources in the study area is in the state of development.(3)As for the land-use perspective,the main city zones of Hengyang city lie in the ideal status,the eco-environmental index has been declined from0.797 to 0.769,which is overall deteriorated.The four regions tend to the same tendency,which eco-environmental index of Zhengxiang region is the lowest.Two trends in ecological that including improvement and deterioration.In other words,it shows the conversion between the higher ecological service value and lower land use change price.The deterioration of regional ecological environment is mainly due to the dramatic reduction of cultivated land with high value of ecological services and the rapid expansion of construction land with low value of ecological services.(4)Regarding the sustainable measures of eco-environmental in main city zones of Hengyang.There are still some deteriorating phenomena in the study area,such as research regions of construction occupy the garden and cultivated,reclamation of land by water,etc.Thereafter,the developmentpolicies should be combined with features of land-use and optimized pattern as well as to improve the security ability of land resources to the economy and society.
