| The uranium geological and mining corporation covers many types of units,such as underground mines,open-pit mines,ground leaching mines,geological exploration,etc.,and the number of safety and environmental protection risks is more and more diversified.Due to existing uranium geological and mining corporation safety environmental risk database by the enterprise itself to evaluate and report,the lack of a unified security classification standard,the environmental risk assessment is the same risk assessment,the risk degree of inconsistent phenomenon,is not conducive to risk control.Therefore,this study mainly combining the uranium geological and mining corporation unit safety environmental risk and safety management status quo,research is suitable for the uranium geological and mining corporation safety classification of environmental risk assessment index system,standard safety grading methods for environmental riskassessment,to improve the scientificity and rationality of risk assessment classification,reduce risk control,to the difficulty of the implementation effective management.In view of the present domestic and uranium geological and mining corporation commonly used safety environmental risk assessment method to carry out the investigation and study,ultimately determine the risk assessment method(LEC)based on operation conditions is given priority to,to the conformance discriminant analysis of the safety check list(SCA)is complementary,as the basis of the study evaluation methods.Using safety checklist analysis,risk assessment method in the operation condition of the accident possibility "L" for quantitative selection by qualitative selection optimization,and the introduction of environmental risk assessment method,the safety of the unit is suitable for the uranium geological and mining corporation was set up index system of environmental risk assessment,using this evaluation index system of geological mining system has the representative characteristics of empirical unit on the site,the applicability of the proposed method is verified.(1)security check table analysis(SCA)optimization.This paper puts forward the concept of primary evaluation index,secondary evaluation index,the influence factors that cause the accident and the importance degree of influencing factors.(2)operation condition risk assessment(LEC)optimization.Through the analysis of the value of "L" value in the evaluation method of operation condition,it can be seen that there are some defects such as large influence of human factors,limited use scope and insufficient accuracy of the results.In order to reduce the above defects of the evaluation method,this study optimizes the value of the "L" value.The value range of the "C" value of the accident is optimized,and the original six grades are retained.The first is to optimize the classification description,and the second is to increase the value range of the environmental consequences "C" after the occurrence of the accident.(3)selected underground mining and in-situ leaching mines as the empirical objects of the evaluation index system,and carried out the classification of safety and environmental risk assessment.Through field verification,it is proved that the method of environmental risk assessment has certain operability and applicability. |
