In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,the public has higher requirements on many aspects of life.In order to obtain high quality oils that meet specific functional requirements,people begin to try the oil extraction methods by themselves.At present,the oil presses are less automated and inefficient in the oil extraction.In order to optimize the control process of oil press,this thesis described the design of oil press control system.In this thesis,the oil press control system based on LabVIEW and single-chip control technology is designed,and the entire design scheme is formulated according to the required functions.The control system uses a single-chip microcontroller as the main part of the control system to implement the acquisition of temperature and pressure data during the operation of the oil press,and the obtained data is monitored and displayed in real time by the host computer.Finally,all the acquired data are recorded.In addition,the speed control and temperature control of the oil press are also implemented in this control system.This control system adopts a modular design concept and is mainly divided into four modules:data acquisition module,speed control module,temperature control module,and host computer monitoring module.The data acquisition module realizes the real-time acquisition of temperature and pressure data.At first,it uses NTC thermistor and YZC-1B pressure sensor with HX711 A/D converter to retrieve data.Then run the data processing with the median filtering algorithm,which makes the data have a really good accuracy.The motor module speed could control the motor to run at five shifts,the method to achieve this target is to use the single chip microcontroller's interface to control the inverter to realize the motor's variable frequency speed change.The temperature control module realizes the function of stabilizing the temperature at a certain value,Its method is to control the length of the on-off time of the heater according to the acquired temperature value,and eventually realizing the continuous or intermittent heating.The host computer monitoring module designed a monitoring interface by using LabVIEW host computer programming technology and VISA serial communication method,which can display various data contents in real time and store the acquired data by categories.All control commands can also be quickly sent and executed.In this thesis the rotation speed,temperature,outlet pressure and squeeze time of the oil press were analyzed.The oil extraction experiment was conducted by means of control variable method,and the variables were temperature and rotation speed.By the control variable method we get the relationship between the temperature,rotation speed,pressure and oil yield,and then gives the optimum oil extraction parameters according to the experiment results when the peanut kernel is pressed.
