| At present,the degree of mechanization of coal mining work is relatively high,and the appearance of long working face has greatly improved the output of coal mines.However,the high temperature and heat damage on the working face has become more and more serious.As the work surface is lengthened,more and more mechanical equipments are arranged on the working surface,the heat dissipation of the surrounding rock is more serious,the temperature difference at the end of the working surface is larger,and the internal heat of the working surface is hard to be eliminated,and the high temperature heat damage is particularly serious.Air coolers(referred to as air coolers)are the key equipments for tail-end cooling.The type,arrangement and operating parameters of the air coolers have significant effects on the cooling system’s effects under specific operating conditions.Due to the space limitation on the working surface,the traditional air cooler arranged on the working surface does not have the characteristics of long-distance and large-width working surface in design and application,resulting in a small volume and cooling power,which cannot be well applied in the field.To solve the shortcomings of traditional air coolers,the problems to be solved by this project are put forward.The thesis mainly analyzes the thermal damage of super-long coal mining face.Through analyzing and studying the theory of heat damage on super long coal mining face,we have a further understanding of the causes and characteristics of heat damage.Based on this analysis,the formation mechanism of the thermal environment on the working surface was analyzed,and a preliminary calculation of the cooling load on the long working surface was performed.In order to solve the problem of thermal damage on long coal mining face,a special air cooler designed for use with ZF17000/22/42 hydraulic support was proposed.According to the shortcomings revealed by traditional air coolers,air cooling was required.The device is designed and developed independently to ensure that it meets all the requirements of the indicators and plays a very good role in guiding the cooling of the work surface.Finally,the developed air cooler is used together with the hydraulic support so that it can make full use of the remaining space on the working surface.After the application in the 5303 work surface.Compared with the cooling effect of the traditional air cooler,the air cooler developed has greatly improved the cooling effect,and can fully match with the bracket,solves the shortcomings of the traditional air cooler and highlights the advantages of the developed product.Through this research,the technology and products will be applied to the national long-distance working face coal mine. |
