The sustainable and stable supply of mineral resources is an important guarantee for the development of modern economy and society However,with the acceleration of industrialization,the mineral resources are exploited excessively and irrationally,which leads to the prominent environmental problems of mineral resources and environment.The depletion of resources will seriously restrict the sustainable development of mining areas and then affect the good development of the whole society.In view of the urgent situation of tight resource restriction and serious environmental pollution in our country,this paper chooses the coal mine area which has a great influence on resources and environment as the research object.Using cloud model,a new research method,is used to model and evaluate the carrying capacity of resources and environment in mining area.Compared with the traditional method,the cloud model is compared with three numerical features,namely,entropy,Super entropy,entropy,and so on.The uncertainty inherent in the evaluation process of resource environment carrying capacity is considered to a great extent.Based on cloud theory,the evaluation model of resources and environment carrying capacity of mining area based on cloud model is constructed.Firstly,from the existing research results,we summarize and refine the commonly used indicators of the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and combine the expert’s opinion on the selection of indicators,starting from the two aspects of resources and environment,respectively,to establish water,land,mineral resources,tourism resources and atmosphere.The evaluation system of 20 indexes in 7 fields of soil environment.Secondly,according to the national standards and industry standards formulated the level of mining area resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation standard,and the carrying capacity of resources and environment is divided into five grades:Ⅰhigh carrying capacity,Ⅱhigher carrying capacity,Ⅲmiddle carrying capacity,IVweak carrying capacity,andVlow carrying capacity.On this basis,the evaluation level membership of each evaluation index obtained through cloud computing is obtained.Then,the cloud weight of each index is determined by means of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,and the weight matrix is obtained.By calculating the cloud digital features of each evaluation index,the hierarchical membership matrix of the evaluation index is obtained,and the comprehensive membership matrix is obtained by the comprehensive calculation of the weight matrix.Finally,the evaluation model is applied to the specific mining area in shandong province is analyzed,through the study of evaluation index of raw data standardizing mining area,the combined weight is calculated for each index,and use the normal cloud generator to calculate each index of the evaluation grade of membership degree matrix,cloud model and comprehensive weighting matrix to calculate the final evaluation results.Evaluation results show that the mining area resources and environment bearing capacity of 2013-2017 are belonging to the first Ⅲlevel of medium bearing level,development of mining area resources and environment carrying capacity in stable condition,but bearing capacity level.In order to realize the sustainable development of the mining area,some Suggestions on improving the environmental carrying capacity of the mining area are put forward.
