Gear,as a basic part of machinery,plays a more and more important role in the development of machinery industry.High precision gear is a necessary prerequisite for the production of advanced mechanical products.As a kind of gear finishing technology,internal meshing power honing can effectively improve the bearing performance of gear and greatly reduce the machining crror of gear.At the same time,the high precision tooth surface has a good effect on fatigue strength,wear resistance and other properties.The special texture of tooth surface produced by honing can effectively suppress the noise in the meshing process of gear and improve the stability of transmission.Therefore,the research of internal meshing power honing technology provides a theoretical and experimental basis for machining high precision gear.I'm sorry.The honing technology of internal meshing power honing is specially complex,and there is little research on honing technology at domestic and abroad at present.The research content of this paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51575154)"Research on the strong honing Mechanism of CNC Internal Gear honing Wheel" and the National Science and Technology Major Project(2013ZX04002051)"Y4830CNC CNC Internal Gear honing Machine" project.The honing technology theory,the surface morphology of the honing wheel and the roughness prediction of the honing workpiece are studied.The research contents are as follows:(1)Derivation of meshing mathematical equation for internal meshing power honing teeth.Based on the spatial meshing mode of internal meshing power honing tooth,the coordinate system of internal meshing power honing tooth is established,and the relative motion velocity,contact line and meshing surface equation of internal meshing force honing tooth surface arc derived from the gear meshing principle.The contact line of internal meshing power honing tooth and the model of honing path are established.(2)Modeling of surface morphology of inner tooth honing wheel.The micromorphology of the measured inner tooth honing wheel is filtered to remove the high frequency information.A non-Gaussian random surface is established by Johnson transform and spectrum representation,and the measurement results and simulation results are evaluated by using "Birmingham 14" parameter,which proves the correctness of the model.(3)Study on the variation of surface roughness of honing workpiece.The special machining mode of internal meshing power honing technology will lead to the differen-ce of roughness between different teeth on the tooth surface.In this paper,based on the kinematic equation of honing and the formation mechanism of abrasive grinding roughness,the variation of tooth surface roughness from tooth root to tooth top surface of honing workpiece is predicted,and the change law is verified by experiments.At the same time,the influence of variable axis intersection angle on the surface roughness of workpiece is discussed.
