As an intelligent material for functional response,graphene has attracted considerable attention in recent years.Graphene is also a key material in recent years because of its excellent optical,electrical,thermal and thermoelectric conversion,photothermal conversion characteristics.The application of graphene to intelligent materials with functional response is the focus and difficulty of our research,and once we achieve the excellent combination of this,it will be of great significance for future intelligent materials in intelligent robots with flexible actuators.In this paper,graphene and graphene-based composites,cellulose paper and silk fibroin films were used as basic materials,and then combined with other polymer materials(BOPP and PEDOT:PSS)to prepare flexible actuator films which can respond to multiple stimuli in light,electricity,heat and humidity.According to their deformation law under different stimulation conditions,their application examples in different fields are designed.The main work of this paper can be divided into four parts:(1)Application and properties of graphene and graphene CompositesFirst of all,graphene oxide(GO)was prepared,we use improved Hummers method to prepare graphene.Different concentrations of GO were mixed with polyethylene glycol(PVA)by high temperature stirring,and the PVA/GO composite solution was obtained.The PVA/GO composite film was prepared by placing it on the polytetrafluoroethylene board and putting it in the vacuum drying box.Graphene(RGO)films were reduced by GO in stannous chloride solution.The prepared materials were characterized by various detection methods.The conclusion was that GO and RGO films had high purity and when the SnC12 solution concentration is 1.6M,the reduced RGO film has the smallest square resistance and the best conductivity and good performance PVA/GO composite.(2)Preparation and Deformation of BOPP/A4 Paper/RGO/PEDOT:PSS Composite MembraneThe BOPP/A4 paper/RGO/PEDOT:PSS composite film was prepared by a simple composite method,which showed good thermal response and bending deformation.Graphene solution was dripped onto the surface of the cellulose paper side of the composite film by dropping coating method.After low temperature drying,the final BOPP/A4 paper/RGO/PEDOT:PSS composite film was prepared by attaching a layer of PEDOT:PSS.Among them,due to the excellent photothermal conversion and good conductivity of graphene,the mechanical properties of the composite film can be improved and the stimulus response of light and electricity can be realized,while the high humidity of PEDOT:PSS can achieve the stimulus response of humidity and bending deformation to a greater extent.A series of tests show that the bending angles of the film actuators induced by different stimuli are different,up to about 250 degrees,while the mechanical properties tests show that the tensile strain of the films is increased by about 11%by adding graphene.(3)Study on the preparation and deformation of BOPP/SF/RGO/PEDOT:PSS composite filmIt was found that the cellulose paper layer of the composite membrane could be replaced by silk fibroin film.The preparation method was unchanged.The BOPP/SF/RGO/PEDOT:PSS composite film was prepared.The flexural deformation ability of the composite film under stimulation response was greatly improved,but the the tensile strain of the composite film decreased by 20%and reversibility of the bending deformation of the composite film would be reduced.(4)Application of BOPP/A4 paper/RGO/PEDOT:PSS composite membraneAccording to the characteristics of BOPP/A4 paper/RGO/PEDOT:PSS composite film,which has fast thermal response and reversible deformation,an intelligent driver for lifting and grabbing objects is designed.Secondly,a movable hinge which can be folded into a box under the stimulation of light intensity is designed,which makes them have good application prospects in the future remote control drive system.
