Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Contemporary China From The Perspective Of Marxism

The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of socialist construction,which is directly related to the well-being of the broad masses of the people and the development destiny of the Chinese nation.It is also an important guarantee for the realization of the Chinese dream of"two hundred years" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,global environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent,especially the negative impact of global warming and the sacrifice of natural environment for economic development.The area of global desertification continues to rise,and desertification has become the most urgent problem to be solved in the construction of ecological civilization.The problem of desertification in China is becoming more and more serious.From the specific area,the area of desertified land is about 174,000 square kilometers.The proportion of desertified land in China's land area is as high as 18.1%.The population affected by desertification has exceeded 400 million people.Compared with the available arable land area in China,the proportion of desertified land is about 10%.Faced with this situation,it is of strategic significance to study and analyze how to prevent and control desertification scientifically and effectively in desertification areas from both theoretical and practical levels to support the sustainable development of these areas in the whole process of social development.Based on the theory of Marxist practice,natural view,historical materialism and materialist dialectics,this paper analyses the key influencing factors of Inner Mongolia's ecological civilization construction,focusing on the whole region's life.The ecological civilization consciousness is weak,the carrying capacity of ecological environment is limited,the industrial structure is unreasonable and the construction of ecological demonstration area is insufficient.At the same time,in close connection with the new situation and requirements faced by the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,we should actively explore the guiding value of Marxist ecological civilization concept for the construction and development of ecological rule of law in China.As far as Inner Mongolia is concerned,since the Nineteenth National Congress was held,the state has continuously increased its economic support to Inner Mongolia,especially in the field of infrastructure construction,formulated various inclined policies,promoted the construction of Inner Mongolia's ecological civilization and made new progress,and provided an important guarantee for the realization of ecological health,harmony and stability in this region.Among them,the most representative successful experience of Kubuqi desert control and its exemplary significance show that human beings must keep harmonious coexistence with desert,which is a natural environment.While changing the environment of human survival and development,we should fully tap the economic benefits that desert resources can create so as to vigorously promote the construction of socialist ecological civilization and socialism with Chinese characteristics,and create more.Better living space.
