For multiple fan ventilation of mine,because each fan ventilation can be different as well as of the dynamic characteristics of ventilation network,may appear more than one fan joint running interference problems,result in mine wind flow instability,research on the instability of air flow in the north and South transportation of Daxing mine.Daxing mine ventilation contains the north and south wing area ventilation,the belt transport alleys connecting north and the south total length of 3151.1 m.And there has the problem of wind direction change in the alleys of transportation in the process of production.Through actual observation and a supplement to the mine ventilation resistance test of Daxing mine,roadway ventilation basic data and parameters are received,thus Daxing mine all mine roadway system 3D digital model of single domain is established.Simulation software TF1M3D is used to take simulation analysis to Daxing mine ventilation system,and on the basis of simulation working condition of fan TF1M3D point of change,the stability of the ventilation system is evaluated.The location of roadway need to reduce resistance,feasible resistance reduction ways and measures is given,according to the mine main ventilation routes 704,705,711 working face in roadway resistance distribution,and to analyze the causes of higher resistance area.The impact of the wind stability of the north-south transport alleys in possible situation,especially the change of natural wind pressure in different season and south mining working face 711 advances at different position.The wind flow changes of the north-south transport alleys is calculated when working face 711 in mining and will be picking.And the calculation of north-south transport alleys wind flow,when mine surface air temperature 2? in winter and summer when the surface of the atmosphere when the most high temperature 33? is conducted.The wind flow changes of the north-south transport alleys is calculated when the inlet air damper of south flank of different area.Combining the above simulation,the airflow will stagnate in South and north main haulage roadway under the condition that the surface atmosphere is 33?,workface 711 is at the position of last cutting stop,adjusting door 1 close,adjusting door areas of 2 and 3 are larger than 5.1 m2,and the airflow will reverse if it continue to increase the adjusting door area of 2 and 3.
