The Yingjin River in Yuanbaoshan surface mine restricts the development of mining engineerine.The river diversion must be completed by 2020 in order to ensure that the mining engineering continues.The key technical issues include the location of the river,the mining limit,the mining plan,the crushing station group and the distribution station utilization scheme,the development system plan and the row material traffic flow plan.The research of key technical issues ensures the economic safety of mining engineering continues.Crushing station group and distribution station transference scheme is optimized by using theoretical analysis and comparison scheme.The paper based on spot data,the deposit geological model,the integrated model,the present situation of stope and dump and the simulation mining model are constructed,which provide the technical basis for the follow-up study.TFAHP-ideal point method comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,the Yingjin River channel location scheme is optimized to determine.The mining limit and the mining plan have been optimized,in order to complete the river diversion on time as the premise,as far as possible to recover the coal,improve economic efficiency as the goal.The row material traffic flow plans are optimized by establishing the row material traffic flow model.The results of this study provide technical support for the smooth implementation of Yuanbaoshan surface mine mining engineering during the river diversion,raise economic benefits has an important reference meaning to other mines.
