After the 12th meeting of the central leading group of finance and economics in January 2016,China's supply-side structural reform officially kicked off.In recent years,China's iron and steel industry is generally faced with a series of adverse situations,such as overcapacity,enhanced constraints on environmental resources,insufficient independent innovation and declining economic benefits,which shows that the transformation and upgrading of the iron and steel industry is imminent.At the same time,after more than 30 years of reform and opening up,China has formed abundant material reserves and technical conditions on the supply side for both macroeconomic development and the steel industry itself,while diversified and personalized high-end demands on the demand side need to be met urgently.Deepening the reform of the supply side system is a major historical opportunity for the transformation of the iron and steel industry from the traditional industry to the modern industry,which will certainly promote the reconfiguration of resources,process management,brand advantage,production capacity and other aspects of the development of enterprises and even industries.Therefore,under the current new situation and background of supply-side structural reform,the research on development strategy innovation of iron and steel enterprises is of great significance and value.It is under the above background that this paper studies and analyzes how to strengthen innovation and formulate a new development strategy for H steel pipe group,so as to provide valuable reference for other steel pipe enterprises and even industrial manufacturing industry to strengthen development strategy innovation.In the thesis research,this paper focuses on the combination of theoretical research analysis and empirical analysis.On the one hand,by sorting out,analyzing and studying the existing strategic management theories and methods,this paper has absorbed the advantages of various strategic research methods and laid a theoretical foundation for the development of strategic innovation analysis and research in subsequent papers.On the other hand,combined with the actual situation of H steel pipe group,the paper analyzes the external environment and internal environment of the enterprise,finds out the opportunities and threats it faces in the external environment,as well as its advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward targeted development strategy innovation countermeasures based on the original development strategy and current reality.This paper also insists on the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and USES the quantitative analysis method to make the data of this paper more reasonable and comprehensive to show the fact problems.Then,qualitative analysis is made on the development strategy of H steel pipe group to dig out the essence of the existing problems in the development and construct the development and innovation strategy from solving the essential problems.On the basis of a large number of literature studies,this paper also carried out a social survey.Through questionnaire survey,the status quo and production capacity of steel pipe enterprises were mastered.On this basis,internal and external environmental data related to the steel pipe industry were collected,and the data were screened and compared.At the same time,in the research process,in view of the development path of steel pipe enterprises under the supply-side structural reform,the opinions of enterprise managers and experts were widely solicited,and the focus of H steel pipe group's development strategy innovation was defined.Through analysis and research,the development strategy innovation path of H steel pipe enterprise is explored,namely,incremental improvement of production and operation,optimization and improvement of product structure,improvement of innovation ability transformation,improvement of management level benchmarking,and diversified development of industrial road.After carrying on the development strategy innovation design,this article also from the application and the practical Angle,proposed the development strategy innovation,should pay attention to the question and the safeguard measure.
