Study On Diversified Management Under The Background Of Supply-Side Structural Reform

Energy consumption is one of the main driving forces to promote the social and economic development of human beings.In today's society with rapid economic development,coal,oil and natural gas become the main energy sources for our consumption.Compared with other energy sources,coal has many advantages,such as high reserves,low mining costs,few restrictions and abundant downstream industries.Coal plays an irreplaceable role in China's economic construction.Since the global economic weakness and the decline of China's economic growth,the contradiction between supply and demand in the coal industry has gradually become prominent since entering the new normal economic development.The supply and demand structure has changed.With the aggravation of environmental pollution and deterioration of living environment,the coal industry has inevitably become the target of public criticism.Under the adjustment of the policy of "supply-side structure reform" and "three go,one fall and one subsidy",coal prices have rebounded and the coal industry has recovered,but the contradiction between short-term loose supply and long-term insufficient supply is difficult to resolve.In addition,the coal industry has not paid attention to environmental protection in the process of mining and using for many years,which has led to a sharp deterioration of the ecological environment.According to statistics,coal mining and combustion account for more than half of the major pollutant gas emissions in China,and the contradiction between economic benefits and environmental protection has become increasingly prominent.At present,the main problems facing the coal industry are that the industry is too single,the development of non-coal industry is backward,and it has no ability to resist market fluctuations;coal enterprises operate extensively,and the efficiency of resource integration and utilization is low;there are many contradictions between resource exploitation and environmental protection.Based on the current situation of China's coal industry,this paper uses PEST and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal and external factors of coal industry,industry and enterprise.Taking JX Group Company as an example,this paper describes the development status of the company,the effectiveness of diversified management in the face of market shocks,the existing problems and strategic prospects in diversified management of coal,as well as similar enterprises and coal.The industry provides cases and plays an exemplary role.
