With the continuous advancement of social development,the problem of environmental pollution caused by industrialization has become one of the major environmental health issues of concern to the society.At the same time that national and local governments have formulated a series of plans and measures for heavy polluting enterprises to reduce emissions,the source data of pollution sources The survey work is also deepening.With the second survey of pollution sources,the statistical analysis of pollution source data has become particularly important.At present,the existing pollution source census system is mainly for the management of census data.Basically,there is no space-based management and analysis.It is impossible to visually display the distribution of pollution sources and pollution emissions in various regions for environmental protection and other management departments.Based on the second census of pollution sources,this paper analyzes the current situation of statistical analysis of pollution discharge data and the existing problems in the current pollution source census system based on the basic process of data collection and processing of the second national pollution source census.Based on the coupled emission analysis model of coupled analysis and environmental carrying capacity evaluation,the distribution analyzes the pollution emission data from three aspects: population,GDP and environmental carrying capacity,and analyzes the human,economic and natural environment and environmental pollution in the study area.The relationship between them is constructive for environmental sustainability.Finally,the analysis model is designed and implemented in the enterprise pollution source census statistical system.The census statistical system of enterprise pollution sources has realized the comprehensive support for the census of pollution sources from data collection to data verification and statistical analysis of pollution discharge data.The system closely combines the investigation and statistical analysis of enterprise pollution sources with GPS mobile phone positioning and Web GIS technology,and utilizes the real-time positioning of GPS and combines with the sky map through coordinate conversion to provide efficient geographic location services for the pollution source census personnel and improve the data.Collection efficiency;using the spatial data collection,editing,processing functions and spatial data management capabilities of Web GIS,the user can visually display the spatial data analysis results,and display the analysis results in the form of Web maps,so that users can be clear Understand the basic situation of the analysis area.The census statistical system of enterprise pollution sources includes two subsystems: the general survey of enterprise pollution sources and the spatial statistical analysis of pollution source emission data.Among them,the main functions of the enterprise pollution source census include: pollution source internal data collection and plotting,mobile terminal-based spatial information mobile terminal collection,data collection personnel management and task management,census results display and census progress analysis.The system realizes the one-time on-site collection of data and can submit it to the database,avoiding the repetitive work of secondary data entry and so on;the statistical analysis of the pollution data of the enterprise through the coupled analysis model and the environmental carrying capacity evaluation model,respectively from the population,GDP The three aspects of environmental carrying capacity are used to mine and analyze the pollution discharge data of enterprises,and explore the relationship between regional pollution discharge and humanities,economy and natural environment.The system construction has certain scientific nature,and it has a great help to the pollution source census work,which is of great significance to the future environmental construction of the region.The research work of this paper mainly has the following points:(1)Mobile devices such as mobile phones are used as platforms for system operation.At the same time,they are also used as data source collection devices for enterprise pollution sources.They make good use of the ubiquity and ease of operation of mobile devices,and are easy for operators to quickly grasp operations.The process also saves on the cost of equipment purchases.(2)By calculating the coupling relationship between pollution emissions and population,GDP and environmental carrying capacity,the relationship between pollution emissions and humanities,economy and nature is deeply explored,thus providing a basis for making decisions related to environmental sustainable development.(3)The pollution source census system designed in this paper is well combined with geographic information related technologies such as Web GIS and GPS positioning,which realizes the spatial display and location positioning function of polluting enterprises,and provides path planning and data collection for data collectors.Help,improve the efficiency of data collection.
