Comprehensive Prevention And Control Of Pollution From Agricultural Non-Point Source In Xijiang River Basin Of Guangxi

At present,the pollution from agricultural non-point source has gradually become the serious environmental problem in China.It not only affects the agricultural ecological environment,but also threatens the safety of agricultural products and the construction of ecological civilization.It is of great significance in promoting the construction of modern agriculture,realizing the green development of agriculture and protecting the rural ecological environment that strengthens the prevention and control of pollution from agricultural non-point sources.The Xijiang river basin in Guangxi is an important agricultural economic zone with prominent strategic position and shoulders the important responsibility of protecting the ecological environment.This study evaluates the present situation of the pollution from agricultural non-point source in Xijiang river basin of Guangxi in three aspects:pollution from planting farming,livestock and poultry farming and rural living on the basis of the estimation of the pollution from agricultural non-point sources in Xijiang river basin of Guangxi.It is found that at present there are many problems in the pollution from agricultural non-point sources inXijiang river basin of Guangxi,such as large pollution discharge,shortage of resources,planting industry separates from livestock and poultry farming,weak scientific and technological support capacity and low awareness of prevention and control of pollution from agricultural non-point sources of farmers,and imperfect management and compensation mechanism.In view of the current existing problems of the pollution from agricultural non-point sources in Xijiang river basin of Guangxi,this study suggested some countermeasures,such as intensifying the construction of ecological agriculture in the basin,innovating the mechanism of ecological compensation in the watershed,strengthening the construction of scientific and technological support system,increasing the capital investment for the prevention and control of pollution from agricultural non-point sources in the watershed,strengthening the law enforcement and optimizing the supervision environment of the prevention and control of pollution from agricultural non-point sources etc.,so as to provide a reference for Guangxi government to make decision on the prevention and control of pollution from agricultural non-point sources in Xijiang river basin.
