Due to its unique cavity structure, physical properties and chemical properties,?-cyclodextrin??-CD?is widely used in the separation of organic compounds, the adsorption and removal of environmental pollutants, and the enrichment and extraction of trace target analytes. In this study, two polymer materials were prepared based on?-CD.This paper has two parts. In the first part,MWCNTs/SiO2/?-CD polymer materials were prepared, and the efficiency of its adsorption and removal of paraben preservatives in water was investigated. In the second part,?-CD/MAA-MIPs molecularly imprinted polymer materials were prepared and used as solid phase extraction materials. The efficiency of its enrichment of plant hormones in plant samples was investigated. In the first part,MWCNTs/SiO2/?-CD polymer materials were prepared for adsorption and removal of parabens in water. The concentration of contaminants was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. And the new material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. The conditions for adsorption and removal of parabens in water were optimized, including the amount of adsorbent, the type of elution solvent and the pH of the sample solution. Finally, the stability and reusability of material adsorption removal were studied. In the second part,?-CD/MAA-MIPs molecularly imprinted polymer materials were prepared by using?-CD as a functional monomer, indole acetic acid and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid as template molecules. This material was used to extract indole acetic acid, indole butyric acid, naphthalene acetic acid and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid from plant samples. The concentration of four plant hormones were determined by gas chromatography. The polymer material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,BET,thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. The conditions of the solid phase extraction were optimized, including the amount of adsorbent, the type of eluent and the pH of the sample solution. Finally, the selectivity, stability and reproducibility of the?-CD/MAA-MIPs were explored.
