As a new type of water-saving irrigation technology,micro-spray irrigation technology has been vigorously pushed ahead with China.Because the laser drilling has the excellent hole wall quality that cannot be compared with mechanical drilling,it has been well received by many companies in China.In response to the company's requirements for laser drilling of micro-spray belts,a micro-jet laser drilling machine was designed.Based on the basic principle of laser drilling,the vertical feeding mechanism of micro-spraying laser drilling machine is designed to drive the laser scanning galvanometer and CO2 laser to reach the focal plane position of the laser scanning galvanometer field mirror;In the direction of the production line,the micro-spray belt traction mechanism is designed.The friction of the roller drives the movement of the micro-spray belt in the direction of the production line.For the problem of easy deformation,complicated debugging and inconvenient in the process of laser drilling,the original The structural optimization design of the slinging mechanism makes the mechanism more flexible and versatile.The mechanism mainly includes three parts:the supporting mechanism,the centering mechanism and the anti-penetration mechanism.Based on the mechanistic structure of the micro-spray laser drilling machine,the design of the micro-spray laser drilling machine control system was studied.The industrial touch integrated machine is used as the upper computer,the golden orange software Ezcad2.0 is used as the control software and the SZ-B-V4 digital control card is used as the lower position machine,and the frequency-divided pulse signal fed back by the servo driver is acquired to realize the opening and closing of the laser.And indirectly to the optical path control function of the scanning galvanometer,thereby achieving the dynamic online drilling effect of the micro-spray belt;using the Xinjie TG765-UT touch screen as the upper computer and the Xinjie XD3-16T-E as the lower position machine,realizing the servo motor Motion control and information feedback.A finite element model with a radius of 0.7 mm and a thickness of 0.2 mm was established using the finite element software ANSYS APDL.The model was applied with a power of 85 W,a scanning speed of 40 mm/s and a Gaussian effective heating radius of 0.15mm.The heat source,and the dynamic working coordinate system is used to replace the center position of the heat source and the dead command in the life and death unit command is used to simulate the vaporized or decomposed material of the material,and the temperature field of the laser scanning is obtained.After analyzing the simulation results,the influence of laser power and scanning speed on the laser drilling aperture is obtained.Through the experiment,the simulation results are verified:the size of the micro-spray aperture is negatively correlated with the scanning speed and positively correlated with the absolute value of the laser power and the defocusing amount.The micro-spraying laser drilling machine can better realize the punching function of the through-hole diameter of 0.2 to 1mm,and online punching speed reaches 70 m/min,which greatly improves the punching efficiency and brings a huge enterprise.The economic benefits make the application of micro-spray belts more extensive.
