Induction heating technology has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and flexible processing,which are widely used in the field of metal products heat treatment.The continuous development of new energy industry and the rapid growth of wind power installed capacity in recent years.Wind power,construction machinery and other industries put forward higher requirements for the heat treatment of super large rotary bearing.The traditional induction heating equipment is generally controlled by analog circuit,which is difficult to satisfy the needs of complex quenching process.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the induction heating power supply for cracking large rotary bearing.In this paper,the 6000 mm induction heating power supply for rotary bearing is taken as the research object,and the processing technology of large rotary bearing is analyzed in depth.According to the actual need of rotary bearing heat treatment,the technical requirements of induction heating power supply are put forward.By analyzing the structural characteristics and power regulation methods of various resonant circuits,combined with the requirements of induction heating power supply for slewing bearing,the current source inverter is selected as the inverter topology,and the three phase full bridge controlled rectifier is used to realize power regulation.PSIM software is utilized to simulate and analyze the main circuit,and the correctness of the power supply design is verified.Finally,the design and development of160 k W rotary bearing induction heating power supply control system are completed.According to the start-up characteristics of parallel resonant power supply,this paper proposes a combination of traditional analog sweep start-up and digital control,designs the control system of induction heating power supply,and uses the improved voltage and current double closed-loop control mode,so that the power supply can start 100% quickly in normal operation.According to the actual needs of 6000 mm rotary bearing induction heating power supply,the upper computer display control system based on CAN bus and PC software are developed,which can realize the simultaneous cooperation of multiple power supplies and improve the work efficiency of induction heating machine.The prototype test results show that the power supply is stable and reliable.The quality of the workpiece is qualified,and the electrical performance of the induction heating power supply for rotary bearing meets the expected requirements.
