Recently,the State Council issued the "Guidelines on Further Releasing the Potential Demand for Information Consumption Services",emphasizing the innovative development of life-related information consumption services,focusing on the development of online and offline integration services under the community life scenario,with the convenience of people's living needs as the core.New forms of consumer service emerge in endlessly to meet people's diverse needs.At the same time,how to improve the health of the elderly and let them spend their old age in a happy physical and mental state is one of the important topics of social concern.However,with the deepening of information technology,the main users of young people and children become the mainstream of services,while the elderly groups are easily marginalized in information consumption services and can not get the attention of enterprises and markets.In this context,the author is optimistic and positive about the elderly service market,and hopes to deduce a kind of life information consumption service suitable for the elderly through the design and research of the combination of the elderly and healthy diet distribution services.Firstly,this thesis explains the healthy diet distribution service for the elderly,expounds the feasibility of the research under the background of the trend of aging,the trend of upgrading diet consumption,and the close relationship between diet and the health of the elderly;combs the formation,development,definition,application of WSR(Physics-Reason-Personality)system methodology,and the applicability of WSR method to the research of the subject,and puts forward the service.Research methods and scope.Secondly,on the basis of choosing diabetic health as the research carrier,the core problem of unscientific understanding of healthy diet of elderly diabetic people is summarized through preliminary investigation,and the rationality of case study is confirmed.On this basis,taking the case study of diabetes mellitus as an example,this paper carries out the analogy analysis of diet theory,diet practice and diet market in the physical level,and digs deep into the case analysis of service information flow contact,capital flow contact and logistics contact in the physical level.At the same time,the physiological,psychological and cognitive characteristics of the elderly in the physiological level are deduced and analyzed.Then through qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and service demand calculation,the corresponding user research content is carried out,and two types of typical user portraits,service experience problems and user needs are summarized and summarized,and corresponding improvement programs are put forward.Finally,based on the above research contents,five principles of catering coordination at the physical level,five principles of service coordination at the physical level and three principles of user coordination at the human level are summarized.Under the guidance of design principles,design strategies are constructed,and two physical strategies are output:differentiation and dynamic;four physical strategies are informatization,scenario,precision and integration;five human strategies are circle differentiation,service expansion,emotional establishment,personality building and self-realization.At the same time,based on the design principles and strategies,the service model of the subject research is constructed.Based on the WSR method,this paper studies the distribution service of healthy diet for the elderly,and its application expands and improves the theoretical research field of distribution service;its healthy diet planning and service process opens up a new service content and service system for the logistics distribution industry;the research results of this paper carry out a systematic service model from three levels of physics,management and personnel.The innovation of type I can broaden the marketing mode and fund source for related logistics enterprises and new retail markets,and the application of the whole research process and research methods can provide theoretical reference for relevant scientific research institutions.
