Research On Design Of Household Classified Garbage Bin Based On Service Design

With the increase in garbage production,the pollution caused by garbage is becoming more and more serious.Garbage classification can improve the pollution problem and improve and protect people’s living environment.In recent years,the country attaches great importance to garbage classification and has issued relevant garbage classification management policies.Beijing and Shanghai have implemented garbage classification systems,but traditional garbage cans cannot meet the existing garbage classification collection and effective garbage classification at users’ homes.This article will Tangible products and intangible services are combined to design a household sorting trash can that sorts from the source of waste.First of all,this paper uses questionnaire methods to conduct a preliminary investigation on the ways,habits,attitudes and other aspects of users’ garbage classification,determine the core users as community residents,and get the users’ problems in the garbage classification process.On this basis,an in-depth investigation was carried out on the capacity of the sorted trash bin and the user’s preference for product details,and the problems that the residents had in trash sorting were summarized and summarized.Observe the user’s garbage classification process through observation methods,draw user needs,draw a user experience journey map,and propose methods such as modular design of classified garbage bins,refrigeration of kitchen waste,and elimination of garbage bags.Secondly,this research is centered on core users,supplemented by system users,factories,governments,and health organizations to form a stakeholder relationship diagram.The service process was integrated,and the service operation flowchart was developed to improve the operational efficiency of the service process system.Based on the results of user research,a service blueprint including the pre-service,mid-service and post-service period was drawn,and a complete service system was constructed.Using the house of quality matrix to analyze household sorting trash cans,it is concluded that the most important thing is the classification function requirements of the trash cans,and then the space saving function requirements of the trash cans.Finally,on the basis of the service system,a household trash can was designed for the product in terms of function setting,human-computer interaction,and product experience process based on user needs obtained from the observation method.In accordance with the basic principles of the service quality evaluation system,a questionnaire on product and service quality was established,and user evaluations were made.The product’s deficiencies will continue to be improved in the future.
