Research On X Oil Depot Safety Risk Assessment Based On Fault Tree

With the continuous development of social economy,people's lifestyle has undergone tremendous changes.The impact of oil depots on people's lives has gradually been highlighted,which brings great convenience to people,but also poses a certain threat to people.The frequent occurrence of various kinds of oil depot safety accidents has made the oil depot safety problem become an important social problem that can not be ignored.Therefore,the research on the safety risk assessment system of oil depots is not only conducive to the improvement of people's quality of life,but also conducive to the development of new technologies and the safety management of oil depots.First of all,from personnel,equipment,facilities,environment,management and other aspects,this paper has systematically analyzed and studied the related factors affecting the safety of the oil Depot,and combined with expert opinions,has revised the original safety evaluation index system.A more perfect index system for safety evaluation of oil depot was constructed.Secondly,through the analysis of the limitations of the traditional safety evaluation method,according to the selection principle of the evaluation method and the characteristics of the security of the oil Depot system.Finally,the safety risk assessment of the oil Depot is studied by using X oil Depot as a practical case.At the same time,the safety risk assessment of X oil Depot mainly uses the accident tree analysis method to analyze and evaluate,and constructs the corresponding accident tree analysis model in terms of human factors,oil Depot own factors,and environmental factors.The method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to determine the minimum cutting set of the X oil Depot safety risk assessment index system,and then the importance of each basic event structure of the X oil Depot accident tree is sorted,and the overall evaluation and analysis are carried out according to the specific ranking.Based on the risk assessment results of X oil Depot,this paper analyzes and makes specific strategic choices,and then provides scientific and reasonable management measures for the safety control of X oil Depot.
