Refined oil depot is a special place to store and send and receive refined oil,and has the characteristics of inflammable and explosive,it has great danger,once the accident,loss and social impact immeasurable.In recent years,the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for refined oil is also increasing,as Xinjiang Belt and Road Initiative bridgehead,the petroleum energy supply base is more and more obvious.Therefore,the safety management of oil depot in Xinjiang area is very important.Single safety evaluation method can not meet the needs of the new era of product oil depot safety,and therefore the use of comprehensive safety evaluation method for product oil depot safety evaluation is very necessary.This paper,take Jiudaowan Deport Of Petrochina Xinjiang Marketing Company for example,by the method of fishbone of the depot is dangerous and harmful factors of identification and analysis,evaluation based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation method of the oil depot safety degree.using AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to make up for lack of Fuzzy evaluation.The main purpose of this paper is in oil depot safety management process,the safety influence factors to achieve effective prevention and also for accidents that may occur the establishment of emergency response mechanisms,effective control of the accident consequence severity.So this article in view of the oil depot safety features,system analysis of the concept into the safety evaluation in,related to the conclusion of the study can not only of the oil depot safety management provide decision support and safety assessment of similar oil depot has a good reference value.
