Study On Implementation Deviation Of Government Water Pollution Prevention Policy

Ecological environment and natural resources are the important foundation of human survival and development.Nowadays,by the long-term development of economy and society of China,the whole ecological environment is also showing a worsening trend.More and more frequent incidents of soil,sea and air pollution have sounded alarm bells for environmental protection.At present,environmental problems has became shackles to Chinese economy and society development.To curb the phenomenon effectively,the government of China has’establish a series of environmental protection laws and regulations in recent years and the environmental policy system has gradually formed relatively perfect,especially since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the government adhere to the promote balanced economic,political,cultural,social,and ecological progress.The ecological environment is especially regarded as the important content,and started from the specifications of the organi zation and management systems.Actually,the situation of ecological environment is still negative,the government policy of water pollution prevention and control is still influenced by such subjective and objective interference,lead to the effect could not achieve the desired requirements.This study analyses focus on the probably deviation when the government prevent and govern the water pollution in China and the reason of deviation.It introduces the basic situation of the water pollution prevention and control of the Dianchi lake in Yunnan region,analysis and explores the advanced experience in the process of water pollution prevention in the developed countries and put forward some effective solutions of prevent and govern deviation of the water pollution according the reality of China,and hardly improve the effectiveness of water pollution prevention and control policy implementation.
