China is a traditional coal country.The safe exploitation of coal and other mineral resources has far-reaching influence on national production and people's livelihood With the development of science and technology In China,the advanced water level monitoring technology of mine hydrological monitoring department has showed the booming development trend.More and more advanced sensor monitoring techniques and data transmission methods have been applied and developed especially in the field of deep hole water level measurement.As China pays more and more attention to the safety of mining production,it is very important to establish a set of safe and standard deep hole water level measurement system which is of great significance to the safety of mining production.In this paper,a deep hole water level monitoring device and a new drilling hydrological monitoring system based on the device are designed by comparing and analyzing the advanced liquid level measurement schemes at home and abroad.Firstly,the drilling fluid level information is collected by capacitance switch probe and encoder.Then processing of liquid level data by STM32F4 microcontroller chip.Finally,the processed water level data is transferred to the database of the monitoring center server via the GPRS wireless transmission network.The computer software presents the hydrological data to the monitoring personnel in the form of reports and curves.When the water level is abnormal,the system sends out audible and visual alarm,and sends alarm information to the relevant responsible person.At the same time,the system can also send control commands through the monitoring center,modify the interval measuring time,date and other related parameters of the measuring instrument,which is of great significance to the monitoring of deep hole water level.In this paper,the current water level monitoring scheme and current research status are analyzed,and the future development trend of deep hole water level measurement system is predicated.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different water level measurement schemes,a hydrological measurement scheme based on deep hole water level device is proposed.According to the requirements of the project,the hardware and software structure of the system are analyzed and designed,and the simulation test platform is built in the laboratory.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the experimental test and the measurement error of the system is summarized and analyzed by the experimental results.
