In the 21st century,mankind in the world face a series of problems,such as the resource depletion,environment pollution get worse,and face the climate change.In particular,the issue of increasing carbon emissions due to the increase in energy consumption has become an important constraint to the sustainable development goals of all countries in the world.The realization of energy conservation and emission reduction targets in various regions has become the key issue that various provinces must consider on the road in economic development.Based on population,energy and economy big province,shandong province as an example,combining with the economic development in recent years,with the blue goal,in shandong peninsula blue economic zone research and analyze energy consumption carbon emissions,With reference to the national greenhouse gas emissions inventory guide provides the calculation method of the carbon emissions,to calculate the six liang county,the shandong peninsula blue economic zone's overall carbon emissions in recent years,using the Kaya identities,the C02 emission factor decomposition,to get the driving factors of carbon emissions,and combining the LMDI model,find the main driving factor,for the later provides the theory basis for low carbon development Suggestions,Finally using monte carlo simulation prediction method,from the carbon emissions,per capita carbon emissions,carbon intensity,and the future of carbon emissions of the industrial structure in the region carries on the analysis and evaluation,to carry out energy consumption carbon emissions system analysis and control research,combining with the practice of the current domestic existing regional low carbon development experience,put forward to reduce carbon emissions with corresponding solution countermeasures,energy-saving emission reduction is no longer an armchair strategist,and can really improve the energy consumption structure,achieve sustainable development.
