Research On Evaluation Of Resources And Environmental Carrying Capacity In Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone is the core area of the economicdevelopment of China.It is very importance with sustainable development of China’ssocial, political and economic to evaluate the regional resources environmentalbearing capacity. Through the literature data, based on current resource andenvironment in Shandong Peninsula，and according to the development planning ofstudy area,the paper take Weifang, Yantai, Weihai, Rizhao and Qingdao five cities asthe research object, probes into the problems of carrying capacity of resources andenvironment.Through the review of relevant literature, it defines the concept andcharacteristics of evaluation of carrying capacity of resources and environment. Thispaper determined four evaluation projects: land resources, water resources, waterenvironment and geological environment, and has separately carried on thequantitative evaluation. Through the study of carrying capacity of domestic andinternational resource and environment, this paper establishes the evaluation indexsystem and evaluation method for each project of evaluation, and analyzed theevaluation results, as well as to put forward some countermeasures and suggestionsabout how to improving the bearing capacity.The main results and conclusions of this paper are as follows：（1）The carrying capacity of land resources of Shandong Peninsula BlueEconomic Zone is the general level. Land resources can basically meet the needs ofthe development, Qingdao’s carrying capacity of land resources is the strongest,Pingdu City, Linqu county and Wulian County, carrying capacity is weak, belong tothe worst grade in the region.（2）Water resource load index of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone is70,water resource load is in a high degree.Beasure of Qingdao’s developed economy,Qingdao’s water resource load is the highest.（3）Beasure of encroachment of sea water, the groundwater environmentalcarrying capacity is the worest in the northern part of Weifang city in Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone.（4）Beasure of encroachment of sea water, the geological environmental bearingcapacity is the worest in the northern city of Weifang near the Gulf of Laizhouarea,and the northern part of Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao.
