Study On The Simulation And Game Of Unsafe Behavior Of Coal Mine Workers

The behavior of coal mine workers is crucial to safe production.To study the unsafe behavior of employees,this paper simulates the unsafe behavior of coal mine workers from three aspects:group status,management behavior,and safety supervision.First,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the model of the miner groups action on individual unsafe behavior is set up,the QSIM algorithm is used to design the simulation algorithm step,and 7 experimental schemes are designed according to the software.Through the simulation analysis,the group dynamics factor is the main factor affecting the employee’s individual unsafe behavior.Secondly,based on the importance of external management strategies in the research results on the role of group status,study the effect of management behavior on employee behavior,and introduces the safety participation and safety behavior of employees as measurement variables for unsafe behaviors.The relationship between management behavior and staff group behavior is established.Based on the QSIM algorithm idea,set simulation steps,use matlab to deduce the best management behavior and the employee behavior of the state combination.Then,based on the importance of security rewards and penalties in research results on the role of management behavior,from the aspect of coal mine safety supervision,based on evolutionary game theory,this paper analyzes the behavior of supervision organization and worker group,establishes game gains matrix,finds out equilibrium strategy,and establishes a system dynamics SD model to simulate.The simulation of employees’ unsafe behaviors under pure strategy and mixed strategy is analyzed,and the stability and variability of state under different policies are obtained.Finally,on the basis of previous research results and analysis,the author puts forward the corresponding precontrol measures from the aspects of group dynamics,management behavior and coal mine safety supervision.The introduction of these precontrol measures can reduce the unsafe behavior of individuals and groups of coal mine workers,reduce the possibility of accidents,and improve the safety production level of coal mines.
