Unsafe Behavior Model Building And Simulation Study Of Construction Workers

Thousands of skyscrapers rises up from the land nowadays through the rapid development of economic,but also with the increasing of accident,just less than that in coal mining became the second high probable kinds of accident among differences industries.It is said that 87.4%of construction accident happened through worker's unsafe behavior.The behavior of construction workers' during working time need to be paid attention to.For our special construction condition,to build an unsafe factor model of construction workers based on theories both ergonomics and safety psychology should be studied from intrinsic and external influencing factors.A questionnaire survey conducted to builders,supervision engineers and management staffs in a construction company in Hulunbuir was due to the factors of the model of influencing factors.Spss 17.0 is used for the data analysis of this questionnaire survey.The theory of system dynamics is used for building the initial model of workers' unsafe behavior influencing factors.Vensim is an analog simulation for improvement factors.Through the tendency of unsafe behavior changing that corrective actions are put forward by the effects of improvement factors.
